PrimeX Meta (“we”, “us”) is an IT solutions and AI automation company based in Dubai, UAE. This policy covers the information we handle through our website at primexmeta.com and while delivering software, cloud, AI and integration services to our clients. We collect only what we need, and we never sell your data.

How we use it

- Respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal, timeline and quote.

Data security & retention
We protect your information with industry-standard measures — encryption in transit, access controls and audited administrative access. We retain enquiry and project data only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we work hard to safeguard what you share.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop processing it, by emailing support@primexmeta.com. We'll respond promptly and within the timeframes required by applicable law.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. Our services are not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
